The novel Kata by Rintik Sedu is one of the modern Indonesian literary works that attracts the attention of the younger generation. This novel explores the themes of love, loss and the emotional journey of its characters from a personal perspective. This article aims to analyze the intrinsic elements that make up this novel, such as theme, characters, plot, setting, point of view, language style and message. This research also discusses the psychological approach of the novel's main character, Binta. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with content analysis methods. Based on the analysis, this novel succeeds in depicting human emotions in depth through a poetic language style and a story that is relevant for young readers.   Novel Kata karya Rintik Sedu adalah salah satu karya sastra modern Indonesia yang menarik perhatian generasi muda. Novel ini mengeksplorasi tema cinta, kehilangan, dan perjalanan emosi tokoh-tokohnya melalui sudut pandang personal. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis unsur intrinsik yang membangun novel ini, seperti tema, tokoh, alur, latar, sudut pandang, gaya bahasa, dan amanat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi. Berdasarkan analisis, novel ini berhasil menggambarkan emosi manusia dengan mendalam melalui gaya bahasa yang puitis dan cerita yang relevan bagi pembaca muda.
