This study aims to examine the transformation of religious awareness of the congregation through the implementation of innovative religious programs at the Majelis Taklim of the Nurul Ihsan Wisma Ibunda Kalumbuk Mosque. The research method uses a qualitative approach with participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The subjects of the study included mosque administrators, ustadz, and members of the Majelis Taklim totaling 45 people. The results of the study indicate that the innovation of religious programs in the form of the use of digital technology, interactive learning methods, and contextual approaches has succeeded in increasing congregation participation by 78% within a period of one year. The transformation of religious awareness can be seen from changes in worship behavior, increased understanding of Islamic teachings, and strengthening moral values ​​in everyday life. Innovative programs such as online studies, thematic discussions, and mosque-based social activities have proven effective in strengthening the bonds of Islamic brotherhood. This study contributes to the development of a religious development model that is relevant to the dynamics of the modern era, as well as being a reference for the development of similar programs in other mosques.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji transformasi kesadaran religius jamaah melalui implementasi program keagamaan inovatif di Majelis Taklim Masjid Nurul Ihsan Wisma Ibunda Kalumbuk. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi pengurus masjid, ustadz, dan jamaah majelis taklim yang berjumlah 45 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi program keagamaan berupa penggunaan teknologi digital, metode pembelajaran interaktif, dan pendekatan kontekstual berhasil meningkatkan partisipasi jamaah sebesar 78% dalam kurun waktu satu tahun. Transformasi kesadaran religius terlihat dari perubahan perilaku ibadah, peningkatan pemahaman ajaran Islam, dan penguatan nilai-nilai moral dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Program inovatif seperti kajian online, diskusi tematik, dan kegiatan sosial berbasis masjid terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat ikatan ukhuwah islamiyah. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan model pembinaan keagamaan yang relevan dengan dinamika zaman modern, sekaligus menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan program serupa di masjid-masjid lainnya.
