This study examines the consumption patterns of K-drama among Islamic Religious Education (PAI) students of Nurul Jadid University and its impact on Islamic character. Using a qualitative approach of phenomenology type, data were obtained through observation and in-depth interviews with five PAI students selected through purposive sampling. The results of the study indicate that the K-drama consumption patterns of PAI students are quite massive, characterized by dominant preferences, strong motivations related to the appeal of the plot, production quality, moral values, visual actors, and relaxation, as well as a fairly high duration and frequency of watching an average of 3-5 episodes per day, not consistent every day which is facilitated by easy access to digital streaming. The driving factors for this consumption include media accessibility, the Hallyu phenomenon, cultural appeal, and the function of escape and social connection. The impacts of K-drama are identified in two categories, namely negative and positive impacts. Negative impacts include changes in priorities and decreased discipline that cause procrastination behavior in worship and academics due to weak time management and self-control. In addition, there is a hybridization of clothing styles that have the potential to erode sharia motivation for a fashionable appearance, in line with the theory Bandura's social learning. The positive impact found was an increase in social morality values. Through social learning and self-reflection, students were able to sort and analyze social issues in K-dramas, internalize universal values such as tolerance, ethos ker jo, and responsibility that are in line with Islamic values. This study concludes that, K-dramas, even as non-Islamic virtual entertainment, can be a source of moral learning if accessed critically and reflectively.
