Bullying di Taman Kanak-kanak: Mendeteksi, Mencegah dan Mengatasi
Abstract:
Bullying in early childhood is a serious issue requiring special attention. This study examines bullying behavior in children aged 5-6 years at TK Indah Kusuma Bangsa, using a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observations and in-depth interviews with teachers. Findings reveal three types of bullying: psychological, physical, and verbal. Contributing factors include family environment, peers, school, and culture. The impact of bullying is highly negative for both victims and perpetrators, affecting children's social and psychological development. Addressing this issue requires collaboration between parents, schools, and the community through effective parenting activities and intervention programs. This research highlights the importance of parental supervision and guidance, as well as the role of schools in preventing bullying behavior.
