Bahasa Anak Usia Tiga Tahun di TK Raodah
Abstract:
The Language of Three-Year-Old Children in Kindergarten Raodah. Language
acquisition in early childhood is a golden period that determines a child's psychological
development. This study aims to investigate children's language acquisition at the phonological,
syntactic, and semantic levels, including respondents who are children who can speak well, with
no differences in speech. This research uses descriptive methods with qualitative analysis
techniques. Data was collected in three ways: observation, interview, and documentation
techniques. The researcher observed the subject's language regarding language acquisition at
three levels, namely the phonological, syntactic, and semantic levels. To support this data, the
researcher conducted interviews with the research subjects, and to further clarify the data, the
researcher carried out documentation techniques on the subjects. The results showed that the
respondents could speak quite well, and no significant deviations were produced in the speech.
Language acquisition for three year old children is at the sentence development stage. The subject
knows the conversation pattern and when it is his turn to speak. Respondents have learned adult
written language, their language has improved, and their phonological development has been
successful. However, respondents still had difficulty pronouncing various consonants. This
research can be used as a source of knowledge and information about children's language
acquisition to avoid an attitude of not wanting to know, which will result in the loss of the child's
language acquisition process.
