Manajemen Pembelajaran Hadist dengan Gerakan di RA Bani Malik Ledug
Abstrak:
Hadith Learning Management with Movement at RA Bani Malik Ledug. This
research is aimed at describing and analyzing four management activities in hadith learning with
movement at RA Bani Malik Ledug. The author uses a natural qualitative approach. Meanwhile,
the type of research used is phenomenology. Data was collected using interviews, observation
and documentation and then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model data analysis
technique which consists of data reduction, data display and verification. The results of the
research show that on the planning side it can be seen that learning hadith with movement begins
to be planned from the beginning of the new school year, namely when the teacher plans to make
Prota, Promes, RPPM and RPPH for the next year. In organizing hadith learning with movement,
teaching tasks are divided, preparation of hadith material, and coordination between teachers
and parents in organizing hadith learning. Then the implementation of hadith learning is carried
out at the initial learning stage which is also called Al-Islam learning, namely learning to
memorize important surahs, daily prayers, asmaul husna and hadith. When memorizing a hadith,
the teacher first practices the movements and pronunciation of the hadith in stages, the teacher
starts with one movement and then the students follow and so on until finished, after reading the
pronunciation of the hadith then continues with the meaning and also uses hand movements.
Assessment of hadith learning with movement at RA Bani Malik Ledug is carried out once a
month, namely at the weekend before continuing to the next hadith and also at the end of the
semester.
