Pengaruh Media Scratch terhadap Kemampuan Mengenal Konsep Bilangan Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun

Abstrak:

The Effect of Scratch Media on the Ability to Recognize Number Concepts of
Children 5-6 Years of Age. Based on observations made by researchers on early childhood
children at the FKIP UNRI Kindergarten, their ability to recognize the concept of numbers is still
low, and some children cannot use number symbols to count, some children are still confused and
unable to sort the number symbols 1-20, so it is necessary to use them. Scratch media. The aim of
this research is to find out how well children aged 5 to 6 years old at FKIP UNRI Kindergarten
in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City can recognize the meaning of numbers. The pretest-posttest
control group design is an experimental research method used in this type of quantitative
experiment. All 30 FKIP UNRI Kindergarten students in this study were aged between 5 and 6
years. By using saturated sampling, the research sample consisted of all children, namely 15 B1
children and 15 B2 children. The researcher's method for collecting data is considered primary
data. The results of the t-count data analysis were 10.124, which was greater than the t-table of
2.015. From this research it can be concluded that scratch media influences the ability to
recognize number concepts in children aged 5-6 years in TK FKIP UNRI, Tampan District,
Pekanbaru City using the N-Gan formula with a result of 71.98%.
