ANALISIS TEKNIK EDITING PROGRAM “BELADAS” DALAM MENINGKATKAN KETERTARIKAN PENDENGAR DAN NETIZEN RADIO ELSHINTA

Abstract:

This study aims to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting the effectiveness of editing techniques in the Beladas program, and identify the specific editing methods used by Radio Elshinta Palembang’s production team. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through direct observation at the Elshinta Palembang studio, in-depth interviews with editors, announcers, and producers, and the analysis of program archives and digital content uploaded to the official Instagram and YouTube channels of Elshinta Palembang. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the effectiveness of editing techniques in the Beladas program is supported by the editor’s technical skills, consistent sound branding, dynamic program structure, and integration of audience participation through social media. Conversely, inhibiting factors include limited human resources, tight production schedules, technical recording issues, and suboptimal digital distribution strategies. Properly implemented editing techniques have proven to enhance audience attraction through clear audio quality, structured and engaging narration, and creative content adaptation on social media.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat efektivitas teknik editing dalam program Beladas, serta mengidentifikasi teknik editing yang digunakan oleh tim produksi Radio Elshinta Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung di studio Radio Elshinta Palembang, wawancara mendalam dengan editor, penyiar, dan produser program, serta analisis dokumentasi berupa arsip siaran dan unggahan konten digital pada kanal Instagram dan YouTube Elshinta Palembang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas teknik editing dalam program Beladas didukung oleh keterampilan editor dalam pengolahan audio, konsistensi sound branding, struktur siaran yang dinamis, serta integrasi partisipasi audiens melalui media sosial. Sementara itu, faktor penghambat yang ditemukan antara lain keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, waktu produksi yang singkat, kendala teknis rekaman lapangan, dan belum optimalnya strategi publikasi digital. Penerapan teknik editing yang baik terbukti meningkatkan ketertarikan audiens melalui kualitas audio yang jernih, ritme siaran yang komunikatif, serta kemasan konten digital yang menarik di Instagram dan YouTube.
