PELATIHAN PENINGKATAN PROSEDUR ADMINISTRASI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PADA PT KAI DIVRE III PALEMBANG

Abstract:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur administrasi sumber daya manusia, ruang lingkup pelaksanaan, bentuk pelaksanaan, prinsip-prinsip administrasi, serta hambatan teknis yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosedur administrasi sumber daya manusia pada PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Regional III Palembang telah berjalan dengan baik dan didukung oleh sistem digital yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi data, transparansi, serta akuntabilitas dalam pelayanan administrasi kepegawaian. Pelaksanaan administrasi SDM meliputi administrasi pendidikan dan pelatihan, promosi, dan mutasi pegawai yang terintegrasi dalam sistem informasi perusahaan. Meskipun terdapat beberapa hambatan teknis seperti gangguan jaringan internet dan pembaruan sistem, perusahaan terus melakukan upaya perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan administrasi. Dengan demikian, penerapan prosedur administrasi SDM berbasis digital mampu mendukung terciptanya tata kelola sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan profesional.

This study aims to examine the procedures of human resource administration, the scope of implementation, forms of implementation, administrative principles, and technical obstacles encountered during the process. The research employed a qualitative method with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the human resource administration procedures at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang have been implemented effectively and are supported by digital systems that enhance efficiency, data accuracy, transparency, and accountability in personnel administrative services. The implementation of human resource administration includes training and development administration, promotion administration, and employee transfer administration, all of which are integrated into the company's information system. Although several technical challenges were identified, such as internet network disruptions and system updates, the company continuously strives to improve the quality of administrative services. Therefore, the implementation of digital-based human resource administration procedures contributes to the creation of a more effective, efficient, and professional human resource management system.
