PENDAMPINGAN PADA PENGURUS PONDOK PESANTREN SALAFIYAH SYAFI’IYAH TAMBAKBERAS JOMBANG DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MANAJERIAL ORGANISASI
Abstract:
Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajerial pengurus pondok pesantren melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan yang sistematis. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan potensi dan aset yang dimiliki pesantren untuk memberdayakan pengurusnya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan yang mencakup aspek kepemimpinan, komunikasi organisasi, dan strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Sebanyak 20 pengurus pondok pesantren berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ini, yang berlangsung dalam satu hari penuh dengan berbagai sesi materi dan praktik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan manajerial di kalangan pengurus pondok pesantren. Para peserta mampu mengembangkan wawasan tentang tata kelola organisasi yang lebih profesional dan sistematis. Selain itu, dampak dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat terus berlanjut melalui sosialisasi dan implementasi lebih lanjut oleh pimpinan pesantren. Kegiatan PkM ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme pengelolaan pesantren. Ke depan, perlu adanya pelatihan lanjutan yang lebih komprehensif agar pengurus dapat lebih memahami dan menerapkan prinsip manajemen modern secara berkelanjutan.
This Community Service (PkM) aims to improve the managerial skills of Islamic boarding school administrators through systematic mentoring and training. The method used in this activity is the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which focuses on utilizing the potential and assets owned by Islamic boarding schools to empower their administrators. This activity is carried out through training that includes aspects of leadership, organizational communication, and human resource management strategies. A total of 20 Islamic boarding school administrators participated in this activity, which took place in one full day with various material and practice sessions. The results of this activity showed an increase in understanding and managerial skills among Islamic boarding school administrators. Participants were able to develop insights into more professional and systematic organizational governance. In addition, the impact of this activity is expected to continue through further socialization and implementation by Islamic boarding school leaders. This PkM activity makes a positive contribution to improving the professionalism of Islamic boarding school management. In the future, more comprehensive advanced training is needed so that administrators can better understand and apply modern management principles sustainably.
