This training aims to improve teachers' competence in designing and utilizing E-LKPD (Electronic Learner
Worksheet) as one of the learning resources at SDN 03 Gedong Air, Bandar Lampung. In the educational process, the use of diverse and interactive learning resources such as E-LKPD is very important to facilitate students in understanding the material more deeply. Based on the situation analysis, some of the learning problems faced include the lack of variety of learning methods used by teachers and the lack of student interest and motivation to learn. Through this training, teachers are expected to be more effective in designing and using E-LKPD so that learning becomes more interesting and meaningful. This programmer provides practical training in designing E-LKPDs, utilizing various learning resources, and applying constructivism-based learning methods. The programmed is also designed to improve teachers' professional, pedagogic, social and personality competencies. The expected
result is an improvement in the quality of learning through the use of E-LKPD, which in turn can improve student learning outcomes.
