Author Guidelines
Manuscript Structure
All manuscripts submitted must follow the standard structure to ensure completeness and consistency of presentation. Article titles must be clear, informative, and no longer than 15 words, reflecting the focus of community service. The abstract (150–250 words) should be written in English or bilingual (if applicable) and include the programme objectives, implementation methods, main findings, and implications for the community. Authors must consist of 3-5 relevant keywords. The introduction should explain the social or educational problem being addressed, the objectives of the community service, and its contribution to solving the problem. The implementation methods should be described in detail, including the approach (training, mentoring, advocacy), target participants, and data collection techniques (if applicable). Results are presented systematically with visual support (tables/figures) to clarify the programme's impact. The discussion must link findings to community needs, challenges during implementation, and comparisons with similar programmes. The conclusion includes recommendations for follow-up or development of similar programmes. The reference list includes only cited sources, formatted in the latest APA style.
Submission Process and Publication Ethics
Authors are required to upload their manuscripts in .doc/.docx format through the official journal website after registering an account. Manuscripts must be accompanied by a Statement of Originality stating that the work has not been published in any media. Each author is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data and references used. The journal enforces a strict anti-plagiarism policy, with a maximum similarity tolerance of 20%. Any violations will result in the rejection of the manuscript. Transparency regarding conflicts of interest (such as funding or specific affiliations) must be clearly stated to maintain academic credibility.
Manuscript Processing and Monitoring Period
The manuscript review period ranges from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the material and the availability of peer reviewers. Authors can monitor the status of their manuscripts in real time through the journal's online system, which sends email notifications at each stage (submit → review → decision). If revisions are required, authors will receive comments from reviewers and have 2 weeks to make the necessary improvements. Extensions to the review period are only granted for specific academic considerations, and the editorial team will communicate this transparently. The final decision (accepted, revised, or rejected) will be sent along with constructive feedback.
