This study aims to describe the structure of the Kuda Kepang performance at the Turonggo Mudo Sanggar, Sendang Mulyo Village, Central Lampung Regency as a form of traditional performing art that continues to exist within the community. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques including direct observation of performances, in-depth interviews with the studio owner, dancers, musicians, and the handler, as well as documentation through photographs and videos. The focus of the study was directed toward the stages of performance consisting of pre-performance, main performance, and post-performance. The results indicate that the structure of the Kuda Kepang performance at the Turonggo Mudo Sanggar is systematically arranged and consistently repeated, beginning with technical and ritual preparations, followed by a sequence of dances including Blendrong, Kijing Miring, Eling-Eling, and Janturan, and culminating in a trance scene as the climax of the performance. All performance elements function harmoniously according to their respective roles. The study concludes that the consistency of the performance structure plays an important role in maintaining the continuity and identity of Kuda Kepang at the Turonggo Mudo Sanggar.
