PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR BERBASIS CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING PADA MATERI TEKS EKSPOSISI KELAS X SMK NEGERI 1 BOTOMUZOI
Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to find out how to develop teaching materials based on Contextual Teaching and Learning that are feasible, practical, and effective. The development of teaching materials based on Contextual Teaching and Learning uses the 4D development model, namely: defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. Based on the results of the research in the form of teaching material products on exposition text material has been tested valid and feasible based on suggestions and input from expert validators. The results of the acquisition of student responses to teaching materials that researchers develop, namely: Individual trials totaling 3 students with an achievement of 91.1% which was declared very practical. Small group trials, which amounted to 6 students with 92.2% achievements which were declared very practical, and field trials totaling 20 students with 92.3% achievements which were declared very practical. Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that the development of teaching materials based on Contextual Teaching and Learning using the 4D development model has been tested to be very feasible, practical, and effective and suitable for use.
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning yang layak, praktis, dan efektif. Pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning menggunakan model pengembangan 4D yaitu: pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (development), dan penyebaran (disseminate). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian berupa produk bahan ajar pada materi teks eksposisi telah teruji valid dan layak berdasarkan saran dan masukan dari validator ahli. Hasil perolehan dari respon siswa terhadap bahan ajar yang peneliti kembangkan yaitu: Uji coba perorangan yang berjumlah 3 orang siswa dengan capaian 91,1% yang dinyatakan sangat praktis. Uji coba kelompok kecil, yang jumlah 6 orang siswa dengan capaian 92,2% yang dinyatakan sangat praktis, dan uji coba lapangan yang berjumlah 20 orang siswa dengan capaian 92,3% yang dinyatakan sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis Contextual Teaching and Learning dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4D telah teruji sangat layak, praktis, dan efektif dan layak untuk digunakan.
