Copyright Notice

Authors publishing in Jurnal Inovatif Ilmu Pendidikan agree to the following provisions:

  • The copyright of the article remains with the author(s), while the journal is granted the right of first publication. The work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), which permits others to share, adapt, and build upon the work—provided proper attribution is given to the original authors and the journal where it was first published.
  • Authors are permitted to enter into additional non-exclusive distribution agreements for the published version of the article (e.g., uploading to an institutional repository or including it in a book), provided that its initial publication in Journal of Educational and Pedagogical Research is properly acknowledged.
  • Authors are encouraged to disseminate their work online (e.g., via institutional repositories or personal websites) both prior to and during the submission process, as this may lead to productive academic engagement and increased citations.

 

License to Publish

All content published in Jurnal Inovatif Ilmu Pendidikan is protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws. This journal adopts the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) as the preferred framework for publication, allowing for the distribution, reuse, and modification of scholarly works—even for commercial purposes—provided appropriate credit is given.

 

This license requires:

  • Attribution to the original authors and Jurnal Inovatif Ilmu Pendidikan

  • Disclosure of any modifications

Author Warranties

By submitting a manuscript, the author affirms that:

  • The work is original and authored by the stated contributors
  • It has not been previously published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere

  • Any copyrighted material from other sources has been properly cited and permission obtained if necessary

 

User Rights

Under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, authors and users are free to:

  • As long as proper attribution is provided and derivative works are shared under the same license

 

Author Rights

Authors retain the following rights:

  • Full copyright ownership
  • The right to reuse the article in future works such as lectures, books, or derivative research
  • The right to reproduce the article for personal or educational purposes, provided it is not sold
  • The right to self-archive the article in institutional or other repositories

 

Co-Authorship

If the submission is a collaborative work, the corresponding author confirms that all co-authors have agreed to the terms of this agreement and has been authorized to act on their behalf.

 

Termination Clause

This agreement may be terminated by either the author or Journal of Educational and Pedagogical Research with two months’ notice, provided the other party has materially breached its obligations and has not resolved the issue within 30 days of notice. Termination does not automatically revoke the license granted unless otherwise stated.

 

Royalties and Compensation

No royalties or financial compensation will be provided to the author for the use of the article by Jurnal Inovatif Ilmu Pendidikan or its sublicensees. By entering this agreement, the author waives the right to collect such fees to the extent permitted by law.

 

Final Provisions

Jurnal Inovatif Ilmu Pendidikan reserves the right to make stylistic or editorial changes to conform with the journal’s standards in spelling, grammar, or formatting. Upon successful completion of the peer-review and editorial process, the article will be made publicly accessible free of charge. The journal also retains the right to sublicense the content under the same licensing terms.
