Submission Process and Publication Ethics
Authors are required to register an account on the official JoAEdu website before submitting their manuscript. The manuscript must be uploaded in .doc/.docx format and accompanied by a statement of originality, stating that the manuscript has never been published in any medium. Each author is fully responsible for all content submitted in the manuscript, including the accuracy of the data and references used. JoAEdu has a strict policy against plagiarism; all manuscripts will undergo a similarity check using anti-plagiarism software, and any violations will be sanctioned by the provisions. Authors are also required to declare transparently if there is a potential conflict of interest in the research, including funding sources or specific affiliations that might influence the study’s results. This transparent submission process and strict adherence to publication ethics aim to maintain academic credibility and ensure the quality of publications in JoAEdu. Authors can monitor the progress of their manuscript through the online system after the submission process is complete.
Manuscript Processing and Monitoring Period
The manuscript review process at JoAEdu typically takes 4-8 weeks from the date of receipt, depending on the complexity of the material and the availability of top reviewers. During this review period, authors can actively monitor the progress of their manuscript status through an online system integrated with the journal’s website. This system enables authors to track the stages of the ongoing process, from initial assessment to peer review and final decision. Authors will get an email notification every time there is an important status update. We are committed to completing the entire process in a transparent and timely manner while maintaining strict quality control and assessment. If additional time is needed due to academic considerations, the editorial team will notify the author of the extended review period.
