ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT ON STUDENT LEARNING MOTIVATION AT MIDDLE SCHOOL

The main focus of the research is on the relationship between the quality of classroom management, which is already considered good at junior high school, and the emerging issue of declining student learning motivation. Despite the effectiveness of classroom management, the decrease in student learning motivation indicates a mismatch between the efforts of classroom management and the needs of student learning motivation. Therefore, this research aims to deeply analyze the factors influencing student learning motivation at middle school, including evaluating the existing classroom management quality. The expected outcome of this research is to provide valuable insights into identifying appropriate solutions to enhance student learning motivation at the school, and offer recommendations for strategies that can effectively support the improvement of student learning motivation. This research aims to understand the influence of classroom management on student learning motivation. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a linear regression analysis approach The research's results indicate classroom management's influence on student learning motivation. The research findings are based on validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, and linear regression analysis. The conclusion is that a strong correlation was found between good classroom management and increased student learning motivation at middle school.   Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah hubungan antara kualitas pengelolaan kelas yang sudah dianggap baik di SMP dengan munculnya isu menurunnya motivasi belajar siswa. Meskipun pengelolaan kelas sudah efektif, namun penurunan motivasi belajar siswa menunjukkan adanya ketidaksesuaian antara upaya pengelolaan kelas dengan kebutuhan motivasi belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah menengah, termasuk mengevaluasi kualitas pengelolaan kelas yang ada. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan wawasan berharga dalam mengidentifikasi solusi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah, dan menawarkan rekomendasi strategi yang secara efektif dapat mendukung peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengelolaan kelas terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pengelolaan kelas terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Temuan penelitian didasarkan pada uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, dan analisis regresi linier. Kesimpulannya ditemukan adanya korelasi yang kuat antara pengelolaan kelas yang baik dengan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah menengah.

Penggunaan Video Animasi Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Bermuatan Bahasa Indonesia Di SD

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar tematik muatan Bahasa Indonesia kelas III SD Negeri 10 Metro Timur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan video animasi pada pembelajaran tematik bermuatan Bahasa Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan ialah Quasi Experimental Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas III di SD Negeri 10 Metro Timur yang berjumlah 55 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Non-probability Sampling sebanyak 27 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji N-gain dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar dilihat dari N-Gain kelas eksperimen yang memperoleh hasil sebesar 75,78% kategori “tinggi”. Hasil uji hipotesis dari uji t, setelah mendapatkan perlakuan diperoleh nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,00<0,05, sehingga terdapat efektivitas yang signifikan terhadap penggunaan video animasi pada pembelajaran tematik bermuatan Bahasa Indonesia.   The problem in this study was the low learning outcomes of thematic learning of Indonesian language content in third grade of SD Negeri 10 Metro Timur. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using animated videos in thematic learning with Indonesian language content. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods. The experimental design used was Quasi Experimental Design. The population in this study were all third grade students at SD Negeri 10 Metro Timur, totaling 55 people. The sampling technique used in this study was Non-probability Sampling of 27 people. Data collection techniques using tests. The data analysis technique in this study used the N-gain test and t test. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes seen from the N-Gain of the experimental class which obtained a result of 75.78% in the "high" category. The results of hypothesis testing from the t test, after getting the treatment obtained a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.00<0.05, so there is a significant effectiveness of the use of animated videos on thematic learning with Indonesian language content.

Studi Nilai Dalam Naskah Drama Dayang Rindu Lampung

Naskah drama merupakan salah satu sarana paling efektif dalam pembentukan nilai moral dan karakter sejak diniDayang Rindu merupakan naskah drama yang syarat akan nilai-nilai moral dalam pembentukan karakter generasi muda. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai moral serta pembentukan karakter generasi muda dari sebuah naskah drama. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode simak dan catat. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis isi dalam naskah drama. Hasil penelitian ditemukan adanya empat bentuk nilai moral, yaitu moral deskriptif, moral normatif, moral pribadi, dan moral sosial. Perwujudan dari nilai-nilai morat tersebut dapat membangun karakter baik bagi generasi muda saat ini.   Drama scripts are one of the most effective means of forming moral values ​​and character from an early age. Dayang Rindu is a drama script that requires moral values ​​in forming the character of the younger generation. Based on this, this research aims to describe the moral values ​​and character formation of the younger generation from a drama script. The research uses qualitative methods with a literary sociology approach. The data collection technique was carried out using the listening and note-taking method. Data analysis uses content analysis techniques in drama scripts. The research results found that there are four forms of moral values, namely descriptive morals, normative morals, personal morals and social morals. The embodiment of these moral values ​​can build good character for today's young generation.

BENTUK TUTURAN EKSPRESIF DALAM KONTESTASI POLITIK DEBAT CALON PRESIDEN (CAPRES) RI 2024

This study aims to determine the form of expressive speech in the political contestation of the 2024 RI presidential candidate debate. This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. The data for this study comes from the 2024 RI presidential candidate debate on the KPU RI YouTube channel. Data collection in this study was carried out using the listening and recording method. The analysis techniques used by the researcher are data reduction, data presentation, conclusions/verification. The results of this study are the discovery of 6 forms of speech in the 2024 RI presidential candidate debate political contest, namely, gratitude, apology, sarcasm, agreement, criticism, and anger. The most dominant form of expressive speech that emerged during the presidential debate was the form of expressive speech that was satirical. This was because each presidential candidate made statements indirectly or indirectly and attacked each other accompanied by satirical body movements. The form of expressive speech that was satirical during the debate was used in the context of satirizing the answers or responses delivered by one of the presidential candidates or the debate opponent.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk tuturan ekspresif dalam kontestasi politik debat calon presiden (capres) RI 2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data penelitian ini bersumber dari debat capres RI 2024 pada youtube channel KPU RI. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode simak-catat. Teknik analisis yang digunakan peneliti yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ditemukannya 6 bentuk tuturan dalam kontestasi politik debat capres RI 2024 yaitu, ucapan terima kasih, permintaan maaf, menyindir, menyetujui, mengkritik, dan rasa marah. Bentuk tuturan ekspresif paling dominan yang muncul saat debat capres adalah bentuk tuturan ekspresif menyindir. Hal ini dikarenakan setiap capres memberikan pernyataan secara tidak langsung atau tidak terus terang dan saling menyerang disertai dengan gerakan-gerakan tubuh menyindir. Bentuk tuturan ekspresif menyindir selama debat digunakan pada konteks menyindir jawaban atau tanggapan yang disampaikan oleh salah satu capres atau lawan debat.
