OPTIMALISASI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS KECERDASAN BUATAN (AI) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI GURU

Abstract:

The use of artificial intelligence (AI)-based applications has become very massive. Many educational platforms have created various applications designed to improve the learning experience, personalize education, and streamline administrative tasks, including in compiling teaching materials for students. In reality, there are still many teachers who do not have sufficient digital literacy, especially in optimizing the use of AI to support the quality of their learning. Such conditions are not balanced with the development of digital literacy of students who have far surpassed their teachers. By providing training in optimizing the use of artificial intelligence-based applications, teachers will have the ability to create effective and efficient teaching materials. After this training, YP Unila High School teachers are expected to have an understanding of the importance of AI in optimizing the quality of learning. The results achieved from this training are generally an increase in understanding, skills and attitudes towards mastering and utilizing AI for learning. This can be seen from the difference in the results of the initial and final evaluations obtained by training participants.

Penggunaan aplikasi berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) sudah sangat masif. Banyak platform pendidikan menciptakan berbagai aplikasi yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belajar, mempersonalisasi pendidikan, dan merampingkan tugas-tugas administratif, termasuk dalam menyusun materi ajar untuk para siswa. Kenyataannya masih banyak guru-guru yang belum memiliki literasi digital yang cukup, terlebih dalam mengoptimasi penggunaan AI untuk menunjang kualitas pembelajaran mereka. Kondisi semacam itu tidak diimbangi dengan perkembangan literasi digital para siswa yang sudah jauh melampaui gurunya. Dengan memberikan pelatihan optimalisasi penggunaan aplikasi berbasis kecerdasan buatan, maka guru-guru akan memiliki kemampuan membuat bahan ajar yang efektif dan efisien. Setelah pelatihan ini para guru SMA YP Unila diharapkan memiliki pemahaman tentang pentingnya AI dalam mengoptimalisasi kualitas pembelajaran. Hasil yang dicapai dari pelatihan ini secara umum adanya peningkatan pemahaman, keterampilan dan sikap terhadap penguasaan dan pemanfaatan AI untuk pembelajaran. Hal ini akan dapat dilihat dari perbedaan hasil evaluasi awal dan akhir yang diperoleh peserta pelatihan.
