This study aims to analyse the need for the development of interactive learning media based on digital technology in the Indonesian Language General Course (MKU) at the University of Lampung. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, through the distribution of online questionnaires to 24 students from various faculties. The data were analysed descriptively by calculating the frequency and percentage of respondents' answers, then interpreted qualitatively. The results showed that 54.2% of students considered the learning materials insufficient for their learning needs, 70.8% had difficulty finding relevant learning resources, and 50% felt that their learning time was taken up by searching for references. In addition, 66.7% of respondents were more motivated to learn with interactive visual media, while 83.5% considered the development of e-learning applications to be effective in supporting learning. These findings emphasise the need to develop digital-based interactive learning media that can increase motivation, learning effectiveness, and access to credible learning resources. Such media innovations are expected to support adaptive learning in line with the demands of the Society 5.0 era and contribute to improving the quality of higher education in Indonesia.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis teknologi digital pada Mata Kuliah Umum (MKU) Bahasa Indonesia di Universitas Lampung. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melalui penyebaran kuesioner daring kepada 24 mahasiswa dari berbagai fakultas. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan menghitung frekuensi dan persentase jawaban responden, kemudian diinterpretasikan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 54,2% mahasiswa menilai materi pembelajaran belum mencukupi kebutuhan belajar, 70,8% mengalami kesulitan mencari sumber belajar yang relevan, dan 50% merasa waktu belajar tersita untuk mencari referensi. Selain itu, 66,7% responden lebih termotivasi belajar dengan media visual interaktif, sementara 83,5% menilai pengembangan aplikasi e-learning efektif untuk mendukung pembelajaran. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis digital yang mampu meningkatkan motivasi, efektivitas belajar, dan akses terhadap sumber belajar yang kredibel. Inovasi media tersebut diharapkan dapat mendukung pembelajaran adaptif sesuai tuntutan era Society 5.0 dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia.
