JAPE Article Template and Editorial Policy Updates
From Vol. 1 No. 1 (2025) through Vol. 2 No. 2 (2026), Journal of Advances in Physics Education used its previous article template. Beginning in 2027, the journal has updated the template as part of its efforts to strengthen editorial policies and improve article reporting standards. The revised template adds four statements to be included in each article: Authorship Contribution Statement, Informed Consent Statement, Conflicts of Interest, and Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Assisted Technology. These additions are intended to clarify authors’ contributions and responsibilities, reporting of participant consent where relevant, disclosure of potential conflicts of interest, and transparency regarding the use of AI-assisted technology. The update is expected to support greater openness, integrity, and credibility in the journal’s publication process and in the content of its articles.
