PELATIHAN GIZI OLAHRAGA UNTUK PELATIH DAN GURU PENDIDIKAN JASMANI SE-KECAMATAN RAJABASA BANDAR LAMPUNG

Abstract:

Ilmu gizi olahraga adalah ilmu yang mempelajari hubungan antara pengelolaan makanan dengan kinerja fisik yang bermanfaat untuk kesehatan, kebugaran, pertumbuhan anak serta pembinaan prestasi olahraga. Tujuan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu, untuk memberikan informasi, pemahaman, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan melalui kegiatan pelatihan, serta berpartisipasi di dalam mengembangkan kompetensi dibidang kesehatan. Metode yang akan digunakan didalam pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan praktek terbimbing berdasarkan kajian ilmiah bidang keolahragaan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut, 1. Memberikan pengetahuan serta wawasan kepada peserta melalui kajian ilmu gizi olahraga, 2. Semangat peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan gizi olahraga serta menyusun pola kebutuhan gizi khusus dibidang olahraga.

Sport Nutrition is a science that studies the relationship between food management and physical performance that is beneficial for health, fitness, child growth and fostering sports achievement. The purpose of this service is to provide information, understanding, knowledge, and skills through training activities, as well as participating in developing competencies in health sector. The method that will be used in this service uses a guided practice approach based on scientific studies in the field of sports. The result of this service can be concluded as follows, 1. Providing knowledge and insight to participants through the study of sports nutrition science, 2. The enthusiasm of participants in participating in sports nutrition training and compiling patterns of special nutritional needs in the field of sports.
